Raw cacao provides rich chocolate flavor while keeping blood sugars low and cognitive performance high. Mix it with cinnamon for a healthy dose of antioxidants, and add a little stevia for sweetness without any refined sugars.
You’ll need a high-speed blender to make this keto cacao milkshake. Toss in the coconut milk, half a ripe avocado, coconut oil, raw cacao, cinnamon, and stevia (if using), and pulse for five minutes for a silky smooth texture.
Pour the milkshake into a glass, and serve immediately with a straw or spoon.
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons raw cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Stevia to taste (optional)
