This Dairy-Free Coffee Creamer Makes a Delicious Peppermint Mocha Without Sugar

I’ve been obsessed with Nutpods ever since I did Whole30 and used it as my go-to coffee creamer. At the time, the dairy-free, sugar-free creamers came in three flavors: French Vanilla, Original, and Hazelnut. When the Pumpkin Spice creamer came out a couple of years later, it nearly blew my mind, and I used it every morning in the Fall to make my healthy pumpkin spice coffee.

Now, Nutpods has leaned into the seasonal coffee creamer craze by releasing two Winter flavors: Peppermint Mocha and Dark Chocolate Orange (both $ 14 for a three-pack). While they both are delicious in their own way, I’ve become more fond of the Peppermint Mocha, which appeals to my love of all things mint and chocolate. The flavor is subtle enough that it doesn’t overwhelm my coffee, but I still get the taste of peppermint and chocolate I crave this time of year.

Best part? It’s totally carb-and-sugar-free and just 10 calories a serving, so I can enjoy my morning brew for around 15 calories a cup. Compare that to a Starbucks Grande Peppermint Mocha with nonfat milk and no whipped cream, which still clocks in at 320 calories, 2.5 grams of fat, 60 (!) grams of carbs, and 52 (!!!) grams of sugar — yikes!

If you want to enjoy the tasty peppermint-chocolate flavor of the season without the surge of calories and sugar, opt for Nutpods Peppermint Mocha and add it to your morning coffee. But hurry and stock up before it sells out — the Pumpkin Spice sold out before the season was over!
